From the first conversation to the final planting, we work closely with you to make the process enjoyable and clear. You don’t need to know the names of plants or have a strong vision, just a willingness to explore what your outdoor space could become. We’ll take you through each step, offering ideas, expertise and enthusiasm along the way.

the process
1. Initial Consultation
The process begins with a conversation to understand your vision for your garden. We’ll talk about how you’d like to use the space, what style you like and think about any practical requirements.
We can also answer any questions you might have.
2. Site Visit & Survey
Next we will carry out a detailed visit to assess the space, take measurements and photographs. On this visit we think about all the important elements like light, soil type, aspect, and existing features.
3. Concept Design
At this early stage, we’ll develop a loose concept that explores the overall feel and flow of the garden. This may include a simple sketch layout and mood boards to help illustrate initial ideas. This is a collaborative stage where your feedback helps shape the direction of the final design.
4. Final Design & Planting Plan
Once the outline is agreed, we refine the design into a more detailed layout that will be used by the landscapers to bring the design to life. You will also receive a detailed planting plan designed to suit your garden. Wherever possible, we choose plants that support nature and bring interest throughout the year, so your garden not only looks beautiful in every season, but it also supports any wildlife that makes it's home in your garden.
5. Planting
Plants are everything for us and of course bring a garden to life! We can source the plants from our trusted suppliers and then set them out for you following the specified plan. Once everything is as it should be we plant them for you, ensuring they are positioned and planted correctly so that they thrive from day one.
6. Aftercare
It doesn’t end here! We offer an aftercare manual to help you keep your garden looking its best or we also provide ongoing garden maintenance services if you would like more hands on support.
